2025 Notice of AGM

We invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, at 7 PM.

 

The meeting will be held at Arch Brown Reserve, and you can join us in person or participate online.

 

This is a crucial meeting as all positions within the organization are currently vacant and need to be filled. Your participation is essential to ensure the continued success and operation of our club.

 

The positions available are as follows:

  • President

  • Vice President - Operations

  • Vice President - Football

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Registrar

  • Head Team Manager

  • First Aid Coordinator

  • Merchandise Officer

  • Coaching Coordinator

  • Sponsorship Coordinator

  • Auskick Coordinator

  • Property and Grounds Coordinator

  • Female Football Coordinator

  • Child Safety Officer

  • Social Media and Website Coordinator

  • General Committee (mandatory one representative from each team)

 

We encourage all members to consider nominating themselves or others for these roles. Your involvement will make a significant difference in shaping the future of our club. We look forward to seeing you there and working together for another successful year.
